Office for Community Service and Muhammadiyah Development

Establishing the Office for Community Service and Muhammadiyah Development (LPMPP) as a reputable office that prioritizes local values in the realms of science, technology, arts, and culture. Our aim is to enhance the quality of life and civilization, contributing to the welfare of society and the environment.

1. Organizing excellent and professional community service activities across various program fields through a well-planned, integrated, and flexible higher education system. This aims to cultivate independent human resources equipped with adaptability, strong concern, and the capability to confront present and future challenges. 
2. Conducting developmental initiatives in collaboration with the community and the Muhammadiyah Charity (AUM), specifically under the Central Board of Muhammadiyah. This involves mentoring, counseling, and training activities to foster community growth.
3. Enhancing the quality of community 

1. Enhancing community service programs through collaborations with local governments and communities.
2. Cultivating the institution to be resource-oriented, fostering a climate supportive of integrated and sustainable community service programs. The goal is to contribute to the community's improvement in quality of life and welfare, both nationally and globally.
3. Nurturing and advancing cooperative relationships and institutional partnerships that provide added value in the field of community service. This includes collaborations with higher education institutions, the industrial sector, community organizations local and international, and the LPPM PTM/A consortium across Indonesia.
4. Strengthening the management capabilities and resource quality for executing community service. The objective is to foster a productive, professional, and effective approach, leading to increased responsible autonomy and successful attainment of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta’s objectives.
