1. Ensuring the continuity of existing IT services.
2. Providing optimal service to all members of the UMS academic community.
3. Responding to and resolving key issues identified within the current IT environment.
4. Supporting UMS plans to increase student enrollment, enhance the quantity of high-quality scientific publications, and expand IT infrastructure across all UMS campuses.
5. Fulfilling the IT needs of the leadership to enable the achievement of UMS strategic goals.
