Lesson plan is developed in detail referring to the syllabus, textbooks, and teacher manuals. Each teacher in each education unit is obliged to prepare lesson plans for the class in which the teacher teaches (class teacher) in SD/MI and for the subject teachers they teach for SMP/MTs, SMA/MA, and SMK/MAK teachers. RPP development is carried out before the beginning of the semester or the beginning of the school year, but needs to be updated before learning is carried out. To prepare prospective teachers who have the ability to plan lessons, students are required to practice preparing learning tools. The training for the preparation of learning tools is carried out in a tutorial guided by experienced teachers and internship supervisors.
Class mastery is also a skill that must be possessed by a prospective teacher. To be able to master the class requires practice. In addition to training, there needs to be guidance from tutors who are able to provide input and direct prospective teachers in teaching in the classroom. Providing teaching experience by helping (as assistants) teachers will provide experience as well as guidance to students. Students can experience real class management and interact with students. With this course, it is hoped that FKIP alumni will be able to teach in front of the class without being awkward.
