Call for Applications: Student Exchange Program at Universiti Utara Malaysia

• Active undergraduate student nominated by your home university
• English proficiency approved by your university
• Good academic and co-curricular record
• Must have completed at least two academic semesters at your home university
• Agreement to follow UUM rules and regulations
• Agreement to be responsible for any incurred costs

• Fill in the UUM application form
• Submit supporting documents: Copy of academic transcripts (with certified English translation if necessary)

• Nomination letter from your home university
• Passport-size photo (4.5 cm x 5.0 cm)
• Copy of passport info page or Student ID
• Recommendation letter from head of department

• Application deadline: Until May 10, 2025
• Submit completed application to your university’s International Office. The International Office will submit your application to UUM at [email protected]
