A student from the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS), Ahmad Fauzan Tirmidzi, has made it into the top 10 of the J&T Super Seller Competition 2026 and received an incubation fund of Rp20 million.
The J&T Super Seller Competition 2026 is a competition and business incubation program organized by PT Global Jet Express (J&T Express) in collaboration with Narasi. The competition targets university students and graduates within one year of graduation who already have an active business operating online.
In the competition, Ahmad entered his own business, Kubik Society Clothing Company. The process began with a business proposal assessment, business presentation, business ownership data, and administrative selection. Participants who passed then took part in an online presentation and interview session to compete for a place in the top 25.
Through those stages, Ahmad advanced to become one of the 10 best businesses from across Indonesia.
"Alhamdulillah, Kubik Society Clothing Company has made it as one of the top 10 selected businesses in the J&T Super Seller Competition 2026. Previously we went through the proposal stage, then continued to the online interview and presentation stage. This achievement is a great opportunity for us to develop the local fashion business we are building," Ahmad said on Monday (29/6/2026).

Kubik Society Clothing Company is a fashion and apparel business that Ahmad developed as an expression of creativity and an effort to build a local brand with a strong character capable of competing in the national market. Its products are marketed online, in line with the competition's category requirements.
As a result of this achievement, Ahmad is entitled to participate in a two-month business incubation program running from June 29 to August 21, 2026. During the incubation period, all top 10 participants will receive intensive mentoring through online business classes, business development monitoring, and periodic evaluations from the organizers.
The Rp20 million incubation fund will be used by Ahmad to support business development, covering product research and development, digital marketing, promotion, and sales growth strategies. According to Ahmad, the fund will be used optimally to strengthen Kubik Society Clothing Company's position in the local fashion industry.
"We will use this incubation fund in a focused way to develop the sales and marketing of Kubik Society Clothing Company. Our focus going forward is to strengthen branding, improve product quality, and expand the market through more effective digital strategies," he explained.
The competition journey does not stop here. During the incubation period, all participants will be assessed again based on business development and leadership capacity. The results of that evaluation will determine the five best participants who advance to the Grand Final, where they will present the business development outcomes achieved throughout the program.
Ahmad's achievement is proof that UMS students are capable of competing in the national entrepreneurship ecosystem. Beyond developing academic competencies, students are also encouraged to create innovations and build businesses that add value for society.
Ahmad hopes this achievement marks the beginning of a broader journey for Kubik Society Clothing Company, while also inspiring other students to dare to start a business while still at university.
"The hope is that this achievement does not stop at top 10. We want to keep developing Kubik Society Clothing Company so it can become an increasingly recognized local fashion brand. I also hope fellow students dare to try, build businesses, and join competitions, because there are many opportunities out there to be seized," he concluded.
