A student of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS), Syaban Al Musyaffa Ibnu Ahmad, recorded a proud achievement at the national level through his involvement in the Duta Inspirasi Indonesia program on Friday (9/12/2025). Syaban was chosen as one of the best facilitators after going through a rigorous selection process involving hundreds of participants from all over Indonesia.
Duta Inspirasi Indonesia is a national program focused on developing the potential of young people, personal branding, and service based on inspirational programs. Syaban has participated in the program since the early semesters of his studies. Out of approximately 700 participants in batch 12, 76 male and female ambassadors from across Indonesia were selected and then underwent a three-month period of service.
“After the service period, 20 of the best participants were selected again. Alhamdulillah, I was chosen as one of the facilitators,” said Syaban when interviewed on Saturday (26/12/2025).
As a facilitator, Syaban received a special invitation to take part in a series of national activities in Jakarta, which took place over two days. During the agenda, the facilitators presented program reports (LPJ), attended inspirational seminars, and designed new programs to be implemented by Duta Inspirasi Indonesia in the future.
Syaban, who is part of the Duta Inspirasi Podcast Program, presented the program’s achievements, ranging from the number of published segments to audience reach. Beyond that, the program designed by his team also succeeded in earning the Best Program award.
“After that, there was a facilitator awarding session. We received awards in the form of plaques, trophies, certificates, and souvenirs,” he added.
Syaban revealed that Duta Inspirasi Indonesia became one of the important starting points in his personal development journey. The program helped him understand the world of personal branding, self-improvement, and expand his national network.
“From there, I began to understand the creative world and personal branding. My network also became much broader, and the impact has been very significant,” said the fifth-semester student.

On campus, Syaban is known to be actively involved in student organizations. He is recorded as a media and communication staff member of IMM and Head of the Media Division of Namlah UMS. In addition, he actively participates in various competitions and contests that are oriented toward providing solutions to real issues in society.
According to him, the key to remaining productive amid a busy schedule is time management and academic responsibility. He admitted that he always prepares a detailed activity schedule to ensure his academic obligations are fulfilled.
Going forward, Syaban places great emphasis on regenerating student achievements, particularly in the Accounting program, FEB UMS. He is currently involved in forming a community aimed at facilitating students to actively participate in various national-level competitions.
“I want to prepare people who come after me. The culture of achievement must not stop with me,” he emphasized.
