Taekwondo UMS conducts two regular training sessions at the Djazman Hall, UMS, starting at 15:30 WIB. The Main Training is held every Monday and Thursday, while the TC Training occurs every Tuesday and Friday.
Every year, we participate in taekwondo championships at both the local and national levels.
We frequently arrange Taekwondo discussion forums and external visits in collaboration with Taekwondo clubs from other universities.
Grading tests are conducted to evaluate the skills and abilities of UMS Taekwondo members after they have completed their training and to see wheter they fit to move to the next level.
The campus internal competitions are open to all UMS students. In addition to evaluating the skills of UMS students, it also serves as a platform to discover new talents who will strengthen the UMS Taekwondo team in external championships.
The UMS Karate Team successfully swept up medals at the Karate International Championship 2026 at UIN Walisongo Semarang. Tiered coaching became the key to victory.
